Cash on Delivery — check before you pay

 

Every order is cash on delivery. When the rider arrives, open the parcel and check the item before you hand over any money. If it is damaged, broken, or not what you ordered, refuse the parcel and give it back to the rider. You pay nothing.

 

Parcel khol kar check karein, phir rider ko payment dein.

 

If something is wrong after you have paid

 

Message us on WhatsApp at 0303 0919982 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item. If it arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return delivery cost.

 

Change of mind

 

We cannot accept returns for change of mind once the parcel has been accepted and paid for. That is why we ask you to open and check it at your door first.
